Shipping & Returns
LisaLise uses courier services for delivery of all packages unless a special agreement is made before your order is made. Please contact us if you have special delivery preferences or if you wish to order a large amount of products.
We aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible – usually within 24 hours.
Please note that delivery times are not guaranteed and some packages may take longer due to unexpected delays – especially during busy times (holiday seasons, etc).

Orders from within Denmark
Denmark (not including Greenland): 1 - 2 working days.
Orders from within Europe
Orders from within Europe: 2 - 4 working days.
Regions including Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Kosovo, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Montenegro, Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, United Kingdom.
Orders outside Europe
International shipping: 3 - 6 working days.
Customs, Duty and Taxes
It is a legal requirement that we declare the full value of the goods (not including shipping charges) on all packages destined outside the European Union, and shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be carried by you. Unfortunately we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Late or Non-Delivery
We always aim to process and send out your order as quickly as possible. If you have not received your order within 7 working days, please contact us via our contact page.
Conditions of Return
We want you to be 100% happy with your LisaLise products. In the unlikely event that an order is lost, damaged, delayed or faulty, please let us know as soon as you are aware and within 7 days of delivery for damaged or defective goods.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

- Items are returned within 30 days of delivery
