Make and Sell Products using LisaLise's Formulas

Several folks have asked me about this, so I've added some information on page 2 of the Working With Shea Butter book on how you can make and sell products using the formulas in the book.
Here's the text:
You are allowed to make and sell products using the formulas in this book without remuneration providing your sales do not exceed $2000 (USD) annually per product and:
1. Formula credit is displayed at (online) point of sale using the above graphic
and/or the text ‘Original Formula by LisaLise’ or ‘A LisaLise Original Formula’
2. Formula credit is accompanied by a link to LisaLise.com at your online
point of sale
3. Formula credit is placed on the product label with above graphic and/or the
text ‘Original Formula by LisaLise’ or ‘A LisaLise Original Formula’
Should your sales exceed $2000 (USD) annually per product, a licensing fee must be negotiated.
