It’s holiday time around here and I am focusing on gifts and preparing for a bit of holiday relaxation and fun.

If you celebrate Christmas, then I wish you a very happy one and if you are celebrating another holiday then I wish you a wonderful holiday.

The picture above is a little nod to a typical Scandinavian tradition of decorating the Christmas tree with cookies and treats.

The practice is even included in the line of a classic Danish Christmas song which translates roughly to: ‘first the tree is displayed, then it is eaten’
