Sometimes infusing materials is a bit of a challenge. It is best if the material is submerged, but some have a tendency to float to the top. Here's a helpful tip: cut a piece of 'waxed' (baking) paper to fit the opening and place it in the container to hold the material under the oil or glycerine.
