Orange Glycerite in the Making
Lise
During these past winter months when it is darkest and coldest and one pines for a bit of sunshine and Spring, I made a habit of making fresh-squeezed orange juice in the mornings. With all the organic oranges at hand, it was a bit of a no brainer to do a few infusions.
Here’s a peek at a freshly started orange glycerite. The scent and color is enough to bring a smile to my face.
