Hand-Stirred Emulsions - a New E-Book

Over these past couple of years, so many lovely people have asked me if I had any plans of doing a book about natural emulsions, and just as I was getting serious about lining up my notes and trying out some new ingredients and ideas, Tisserand Institute asked me to develop a course about making emulsions.

Needless to say, this year has been full of all kinds of ingredients research, trials and tests, and oodles of natural emulsions. The Emulsion Essentials Course at Tisserand Institute is already underway, and if you didn’t get a chance to sign up for it, it’s going to be back again next year.

I named the lotion on the cover Herbal Ocean Lotion. The color is 100% plant based and it stays beautifully blue for much longer than I expected (there are details about that in the book).
