Have you ever made an oil-to-milk cleanser?.
An oil-to-milk cleanser is a little bit of skincare magic.
The product needs no preservative because there is no addition of water (cool, huh?). Also, making this particular cleanser has no need of advanced tools. Pictured below is the total amount of tools you need: a bowl and spatula (yes, really).
Is it stable?
Absolutely.
So how does the oil become milk?
The milky magic happens when water is added. Then the cleanser turns into a lovely milk-white and rinses off without leaving any greasy feel and leaves the skin feeling totally refreshed and clean.
