Repackaging Foundation

I didn’t expect to have to repackage this foundation but the airless pump container I had bottled it in decided to crack. When an airless container is no longer airless, then it has pretty much rendered itself useless.

As I had just received a sample order of these nifty-looking tubes, the time seemed perfect to try one out. This is an anhydrous foundation so it was pretty easy to transfer and not very messy at all. I had to cut the bottom part of the outermost container off in order to access the inside container. With the coast clear, it was no problem to push the foundation from the container into a piping bag, then pipe the product into the tube.

This is a metal tube that is filled from the bottom, then pinched shut and rolled up.

Do Tell

Do you repackage your products if your packaging poops out on you?
